Cyclone precipitators are designed to purify dusty air coming from aspiration and pneumatic networks. They consist of a cylinder, a cone, an exhaust pipe, a hood and a regulator. The principle of operation is based on the use of centrifugal forces on dust particles. The dusty air through the intake pipe, falling at a considerable speed into the space between the upper and inner cylinders, receives a rotational movement. As a result, dust particles, as heavier, are pressed against the wall of the lower cylinder and roll into a cone, from where they are discharged through a hole in the exhaust pipe. Starting from the cone, the purified air enters the exhaust pipe through the inner cylinder.

Cyclones unloaders are designed to capture the bulk of dust when used in looped pneumatic transport systems and remove it from the pneumatic transport installation. They consist of a cylinder, a cone, an inlet pipe, an outlet snail, a connecting flange and an exhaust pipe.
